Maurice Yelle Excavation is seeking an experienced Hydrovac Operator / Driver to join our team. This position involves operating hydrovac equipment safely and efficiently on various job sites, including utility work and excavation support. Work includes emergency response jobs, which require availability for night and weekend shifts.

Requirements:

- Valid DZ driver’s licence (clean abstract – no demerit points)
- Minimum 2 years of hydrovac operating experience
- Availability for night and weekend emergency work
- Strong understanding of safe excavation and utility exposure practices
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Responsibilities:

- Operate hydrovac truck and equipment safely
- Perform trenching and excavation support
- Respond to emergency call-outs as required (including nights and weekends)
- Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections




- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of truck and equipment
- Follow all company and site safety protocols
