IAM Solution Expert for Entra ID

Mississauga, ON (Remote)

Full-time (Permanent)

- BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or 5+ years of industry experience (required).

- Strong working knowledge and 5+ years of experience in IAM architecture, with focus on Identity Providers like Microsoft Entra ID (required).

- Robust knowledge of application integration standards: OAuth2 / OpenID Connect; SAML federation; API permission governance (required).

- Deep expertise in non-human identities / workload identities (application registrations, service principals, managed identities).

- Proven ability to define target architectures and integration standards for enterprise IAM environments.

- Strong requirements for engineering skills, particularly in automation and governance frameworks.

- Experience designing lifecycle automation beyond Entra provisioning, using enterprise toolsets.

- Experience integrating enterprise platforms and toolchains, e.g.



workflow engines, ServiceNow, CI/CD.

- Solid understanding of Zero Trust architecture, including identity-based access and least privilege principles.

- Experience working in DevOps and agile environments (SCRUM).

- Ability to take ownership of features or architectural domains.

- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure, facilitate discussions, support decision-making, and resolve conflicts (required).

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with and effectively respond to diverse stakeholders (required).

- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
