Job Title: ICM Tech Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICM Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and support of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ICM platforms, experience leading development teams, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable compensation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ICM solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze compensation requirements.
- Configure, customize, and support ICM applications based on business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ICM and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.).
- Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills





- 7+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years working with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ICM platforms such as Varicent, Xactly, SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud), or similar.
- Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Experience with ETL processes and system integrations.
- Knowledge of Java, .NET, or scripting languages is an advantage.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of compensation plans, sales incentives, and commission calculations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale ICM implementations.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Nice to Have

- ICM platform certifications.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Telecommunications.
- Exposure to Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions.
