ICF INSTALLER

Our reputation for excellence is unparalleled in today’s home building market. We are looking to expand our team and hire an experienced ICF installer.

We are seeking a reliable, knowledgeable, and versatile person to assist with the installation of insulated concrete form wall systems on new home residential construction, additions, and renovation projects.

The jobs are located mostly within the GTA, Niagara Region, and surrounding areas.

Job Type / Category

This is a full time position and salary will reflect experience.

Position would involve

· Installation of ICF foundation and above-grade wall systems

· Layout, stacking, bracing, plumbing, and aligning ICF walls

· Installation of bucks, block-outs, openings, and service penetrations

· Placement of reinforcing steel as required by drawings

· Assisting with concrete pours, consolidation, and wall monitoring

· Installation and adjustment of ICF bracing systems

· Reading and following architectural and engineered drawings

· Working safely with crew members,



subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors

· Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site

· General construction duties as required

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

· Must have a minimum of 3 years experience installing ICF wall systems

· Must have a valid Ontario driver’s licence

· Must have own vehicle and be able to travel to job sites

· Must be able to work independently or with a crew to complete projects safely and on time

· Must be committed to meeting scheduling deadlines

· Must have general tools as required

· Proficient in using hand and power tools

· Excellent mathematical skills for measuring and calculating dimensions

· Attention to detail and precision in workmanship

· Must be able to read and interpret architectural and engineered drawings

· Must have experience in residential construction

· Concrete forming, foundation, framing, or carpentry experience would be an asset

· Must be trustworthy, reliable, and able to work as part of a team

· Excellent English language communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers

· Working at Heights and Fall Arrest Training are preferred

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
