Inbound Sales Representative | 100% Commission, Warm Leads, No Cold Calling ($55K–$85K OTE, Paid Weekly)

Salary line: $55,000–$85,000/year on-target earnings (100% commission + residuals, paid weekly, with a $500/week guarantee during training)

The short version: Customers request a quote. You call them back within 5 minutes. You help them book. You get paid that same week.

This is a 100% commission role. No base salary after training. If that sentence scares you, this isn't your seat. If you read it and thought "good, then nobody caps me," keep reading.

No cold calling. No prospecting. No buying leads. No door knocking. Our marketing generates hundreds of qualified inbound requests every month from homeowners who already want the service. Your job is to be great on the phone.

What the job actually looks like:

- Take inbound quote requests from homeowners across Greater Montreal (window cleaning, gutters, exterior home care)
- Call fast, build rapport, quote, and book the appointment in one call
- Learn sales at the highest level. our company holds the industry record for the most sold in one day my one rep.
- Follow a proven script and follow-up system. We teach you everything.
- Log everything in our CRM (we'll train you on it)

The pay, with real math:

- 100% commission, paid weekly. You earn on every sale, the same week it's collected. No waiting until month end.
- Plus a residual on every recurring customer you sign. Your book of business pays you every month it stays active. Sign 200 accounts and you have real passive income stacking under your weekly checks.
- Training guarantee:



$500/week for your first weeks while you learn, so going commission doesn't mean starving while you ramp
- These are warm inbound leads, not cold calls. Commission on inbound is a very different life than commission on cold outreach.
- On-target reps book 4 to 5 sales per day. Do that math with our commission plan and you'll see how the top of the range happens. We'll show you the full comp sheet in the first interview.

Who does well here:

- People who are naturally outstanding at talking: servers, bartenders, retail, hospitality, gym front desk, anyone who's ever been told "you could sell anything"
- Fast learners. We coach constantly. If you can take a note and apply it on the very next call, you'll outearn people with 10 years of "experience"
- Competitive but coachable. You want the scoreboard, and you want to get better every week.
- People who prefer earning what they kill over a safe salary that caps them
- Bilingual (French/English) strongly preferred
