The Indigenous Employment Program offers support to Indigenous talent wishing to enter the nuclear industry and provides outreach and resources through various initiatives and programs.

All applicants will be reviewed and those eligible to participate in the program are placed in the Indigenous Employment Talent Pool and will be contacted by a member of the Indigenous Employment Team. Applicants from Indigenous Employment Talent Pool will be considered for Permanent and Temporary opportunities with Bruce Power as well as opportunities with our Supplier Partners, Contractors and Building Trade Unions.
