Better Mortgage Select is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Burlington, Ontario. Previous mortgage experience is considered an asset—but it's not required. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in direct inside sales who knows how to build rapport, overcome objections, and confidently convert opportunities into clients. Cold-lead experience, high-volume calling, objection handling, and direct closing experience are also highly important.

What You'll Do

- Contact and qualify inbound and cold leads.
- Build relationships with prospective clients over the phone.
- Identify clients' financial and mortgage needs.
- Book appointments for our mortgage professionals.
- Follow up with leads using our CRM.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of direct inside sales experience required (unless you are a recent university graduate).
- Experience handling cold leads and outbound sales.
- A confident, persuasive, and professional communicator.
- Robust objection-handling and closing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with a high volume of new clients daily.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive.




- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Mortgage or financial services experience is an asset, but not required.

Location This is a full-time, permanent, in-office position based at our Burlington, Ontario office. Remote work is not available for this role.

Pay: $90,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
