Inside Sales Representative – Dental Supplies

3Z Dental Supplies is one of Canada's fastest-growing dental supply distributors, serving over 10,000 dental professionals nationwide. We supply everything from infection control products and restorative materials to dental equipment from leading manufacturers.

We're looking for energetic sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, helping customers, and earning uncapped commission.

Whether you have dental experience or simply have a strong sales background, we provide comprehensive product training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain relationships with dental offices across Canada
- Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
- Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers
- Introduce new products and monthly promotions
- Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities
- Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts
- Work with our CRM to manage customer activities
- Process sales orders accurately
- Collaborate with purchasing and customer service to ensure excellent customer experiences
- Meet daily call and monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For
- Sales experience preferred




- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Positive attitude and competitive mindset
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

Preferred (but not required)
- Dental industry experience
- Medical or healthcare sales experience
- Experience using a CRM
- QuickBooks experience
