Position Summary An exciting opportunity to join our Sales team! In this role, you will communicate with customers to understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, follow up on leads and exchange with potential customers. This position will be on-site with the possibility of adopting a hybrid schedule once the probation period is completed.

Responsibilities

- Master Matrox Video AV/IT product knowledge for communications with customers;
- Understand and be knowledgeable of the Development tools (SDK’s, APIs, sample code, etc.) to be able to easily discuss them with clients, such as software developers and OEMs;
- Manage Inbound and Outbound Sales;
- Follow up on leads;
- Dispatch qualified leads to Sales Representatives and/or Matrox channel partners;
- Work with Sales and Marketing to help provide or coordinate channel training events for Matrox products, Matrox promotions and special initiatives;
- Provide Sales support to Sales Representative for customer communications and other business needs;
- Gather information to improve levels of sales and report diligently,



using business intelligence software tools.

Qualifications

- Certificate in a recognized technical program (PC/networks) and/or bachelor's degree with a specialization in business;
- 2 years+ of inside sales experience;
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven proficiency in the Salesforce CRM, including data management, reporting, and workflow automation;
- Ability to prepare and lead presentations, for customers and partners;
- Enthusiasm and dynamism;
- Organizational skills and ability to maintain clear progress reports;
- Works well in a team environment as well as individually;
- High emphasis on being able to communicate technical and engineering information (hardware, software, networking, customer requirements, technical specifications, etc.);
- Willingness and ability to travel;
- Experience with business development;
- Experience with sales quotas and performance targets.
