Pay: $16.00/hr base plus uncapped performance bonuses. Most reps earn $20 to $28/hr total once ramped up, and top performers earn more.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, primarily daytime, with occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed.

At Mobile Auto Canada, we help people in remote and rural communities get approved for vehicle and powersports financing, with delivery right to their door. We're a small team, just 6 of us right now, growing to 8 as we fill this role and one more. No high-pressure scripts. No massive call center. Just people who genuinely care about our customers and take pride in doing great work.

We're hiring 2 people into this role right now.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You'll own the relationship from the first call through to delivery, with our sales manager stepping in to close and arrange delivery once a deal is ready.

- Call outbound to new prospects and existing or returning customers. Expect around 100 dials a day, with 30 to 40 live conversations on a good day
- Take the initial application and clearly explain vehicle and powersports financing options
- Help clients gather and submit any stipulations (STIPs) needed to move their application forward
- Hand off ready deals to our sales manager, who closes and arranges delivery
- Step back in after delivery to follow up and make sure the client is taken care of
- Keep our CRM accurate and up to date with detailed notes
- Represent Mobile Auto Canada with professionalism every day

Getting up to speed: Most new reps hit full productivity by the end of the 3-month probationary period, roughly 480 work hours.

The dials are real. 100 a day, every day. If cold outbound isn't for you, this role isn't either.

We're small on purpose. There aren't layers of management between you and decisions getting made. That also means there are fewer people to hide behind. You'll be visible, and that's a good thing.

Coaching is there when you want it. Want feedback on every call? Ask for it. Want to work more independently once you've proven yourself? That's fine too. We adjust to how you work best, not the other way around.

This is an individual contributor role today. We're not going to pretend otherwise. There's no formal ladder yet. As we grow, any team lead role will be filled from within the sales team, not hired from outside. If you're someone who wants to help build that structure rather than step into one that already exists, that's exactly who we're looking for.

- Punctual and dependable, because we're a small team and everyone counts
- Resilient enough to take a "no" and get back on the phone within minutes




- Coachable and genuinely eager to improve
- Organized, goal-oriented, and detail-conscious
- Sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but we're genuinely open to a less experienced candidate who shows real hustle and coachability over someone with tenure and neither
