Role Description The Inside Technical Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Etobicoke, ON. This role focuses on supporting customers and internal teams by providing technical product information, preparing quotations, processing orders, and responding to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.

The Inside Technical

Sales professional will consult with clients to understand their automotive service equipment and parts needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and follow up on leads to support sales growth. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the sales system, coordinating with service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and resolving basic technical and service-related questions.



The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and contributing feedback to improve products, services, and internal processes.

Qualifications Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to understand automotive service equipment products and explain solutions clearly.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, professional phone etiquette, and clear written communication.

Experience providing Technical Support for automotive service equipment parts, systems, or services, or a solid aptitude for learning technical concepts.

Comfort working in an in office environment, collaborating with service, warehouse, and administrative teams.

Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, CRM or order-entry systems, spreadsheets) and accurate data entry.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer requests and orders simultaneously.

Previous experience in automotive service equipment, industrial, or related technical sectors is an asset.

High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, automotive technology, or a related field is an advantage.
