We specialize in providing multidisciplinary therapy services , ranging from ABA, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Phsyiotherapy and Psychological services to pediatric clients, supporting their developmental and communication needs through dedicated and professional services.

Position Summary The team is looking for a caring, motivated, and experienced Supervised ABA Therapist to become a valued member of our team. In this role, you will deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental and behavioral needs while working under clinical supervision. You will be responsible for implementing evidence-based intervention plans, monitoring and documenting each child's progress, and collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful skill development and positive behavioral outcomes.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about improving the lives of children and is eager to further develop their expertise in behavioral therapy and special education within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job includes:

· Deliver evidence-based ABA therapy by implementing treatment programs designed to meet each child's unique developmental and behavioral goals.

· Collect, and document data and treatment outcomes

· Create a positive, structured, and supportive therapy workplace that encourages active participation, learning, and skill development.





· Work closely with supervising clinicians to review progress, interpret data, and adjust intervention strategies to maximize treatment effectiveness.

· Build collaborative relationships with families by providing regular updates, discussing progress, addressing concerns, and offering strategies to support skill generalization at home.

· Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation, including session notes, behavioral observations, and data records, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

- Prior experience working with children in home or in therapeutic settings is preferred.
- Implementation of skill acquisition programs and behaviour intervention plans.
- Completion of curricular and other assessment tools (e.g., VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS-R).
- Communication and collaboration with team members, parents, and other professionals.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform treatment adjustments.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to ethical standards in clinical practice.
- Relevant certifications or training in ABA or related fields are considered as an asset but not mandatory; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
