Lead impactful fundraising initiatives with The Baycrest Foundation as the Manager, Integrated Annual Giving. This role focuses on enhancing donor engagement and optimizing direct response programs in a hybrid work model. As a key part of the team, you will report to the Senior Manager, Mid-Level & Direct Response.

You will be responsible for executing direct response strategies while managing donor communications. This is a temporary full-time role that plays a crucial role in increasing donor retention and revamping annual giving strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute multi-channel direct response fundraising campaigns
- Analyze programs and generate tactical insights for improvement
- Develop donor-centric segmentation for annual giving growth




- Implement strategies to enhance monthly giving and donor loyalty
- Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and create engagement plans Requirements:
- Minimum five years in fundraising or related development functions
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or similar
- Experience leading multi-channel fundraising programs
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Raisers Edge
