Company Description

Interior Designs by Tracy inc. is a full interior design service company that has been founded since 2011. We take on both residential and commercial projects. Our areas of expertise include interior design, commercial office spaces, custom cabinetry, furniture design and small to medium size construction management projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research for design proposal
- Assist in producing 2D and 3D design drawings on AutoCad, 3D MODELING( 3dsmax, sketchup, revit)
- Assist in producing elevations for custom cabinetry
- Assist in creating mood board presentation on Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Assist with on site measuring, site visits, sub-trade coordination, communication with vendors, coordinating installations, sourcing delivery, project scheduling
- Draw up cost estimates
- Oversee and maintain project budgets and timelines
- Finish task within agreed-upon deadline
- Placing orders and scheduling deliveries
- Manage multiple projects at once




- Must be able to see a project through to completion
- Own a reliable vehicle for site visits
- Procurement
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Must have 3+ years
- Studied in interior Design- AEC or BAC
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Exceptional space planning skills
- Ability to initiate tasks and perform duties with little supervision
- A team player, problem solver, able to multi-task, highly efficient, detailed and organized, dependable and flexible.
- Must be bilingual

Candidate must be proficient in the following design software:

- AutoCad 2D and 3D (2020+)
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- 3dsMax
- Sketchup
- Revit
