Quick Fit Parts Inc., a leading supplier of heavy-duty truck cooling and A/C parts across Canada, is looking for an experienced and organized Inventory Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

✅ Manage inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy

✅ Forecast inventory requirements and coordinate replenishment orders

✅ Monitor all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions

✅ Conduct cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits

✅ Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

✅ Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams

✅ Supervise warehouse inventory processes and staff

✅Receive, document, process, and release warranty replacement products to customers

✅Coordinate warranty activities with Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams

✅ Improve inventory control procedures and operational efficiency

✅ Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports

Qualifications

✔ Minimum 3 years of inventory management experience

✔ Experience with ERP and inventory management systems (Spire is an asset)

✔ Strong Excel and reporting skills





✔ Analytical and problem-solving abilities

✔ Leadership and team management experience

✔ High attention to detail and organizational skills
