We are looking for a full-time, permanent Inventory Coordinator to join our Warehouse Team.

The Inventory Coordinator role is a full time, Monday – Friday position working from our Saanichton warehouse. They maintain our Office Product, Technology, and Furniture inventory accuracy through various processes.

The Inventory

Coordinator is accountable for the coordination and completion of cycle counts, managing inventory levels, investigation and adjustment of inventory discrepancies, along with processing customer returns and vendor credits while striving to continually improve processes within the supply chain.



This position may be required to work out of multiple locations, as well as support other operations such as, but not limited to, receiving and invoicing customer deliveries.

Who you are:

- A background in inventory management is an asset
- Experience using Sage X3 an asset
- You have a “Yes, I can!” attitude and can work independently
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are a multi-tasker
- You are willing and quick to learn new systems and processes
- You are proficient utilizing Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- You value teamwork and communication

Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Process returns from Office Products, Furniture, and Technology customers
- Perform cycle counts and manage inventory levels
- Investigate misplaced product within the warehouse
- Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Work with Vendors to request returns authorizations and arrange product to be shipped back
- Process customer credits
- Manage and process inventory transfers between locations
- Identify and correct Purchase Order discrepancies so they match internal documentation
- Show attention to detail, support your team, and provide positive communication

What you’ll earn: $20.00-22.00 /hour to start, depending on skillset and experience.
