We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Refrigeration Technician to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration systems across various commercial and industrial settings. Responsibilities

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial refrigeration systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct routine inspections of refrigeration units, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to refrigerant lines, condensate drainage, and associated piping systems.
- Weld components as needed for repairs or system modifications, adhering to safety protocols.
- Work on boilers and HVAC systems to support overall building climate control and refrigeration functions.
- Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues.
- Collaborate with construction teams during system installations or upgrades,



ensuring seamless integration of refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in refrigeration systems, boilers, HVAC units, and appliance repair.
- Proficiency in plumbing and welding techniques relevant to refrigeration maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately for troubleshooting purposes.
- Hands-on experience with construction projects involving refrigeration or mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to refrigerants, electrical systems, and building codes.
- Mechanical experience as a mechanic or technician in related fields is highly desirable.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
