What You'll Be Working On

- Build Real Software: Develop Python applications and services used in production by customers around the world.
- Learn from Exceptional Engineers: Work closely with senior developers from top technology companies and high-growth engineering teams.
- Explore Modern Technologies: Gain exposure to cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, databases and scalable backend architectures.
- Solve Interesting Problems: Work on projects involving large datasets, automation, system design and platform optimisation.
- Contribute from Day One: Share ideas, write production code and have a genuine impact on products and technology decisions.




- Develop Engineering Excellence: Learn modern development practices including testing, CI/CD, code reviews and collaborative software design.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong Python development experience
- Good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms and data structures.
- Experience working with APIs, databases and backend systems.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices including testing and version control.
- A curious mindset and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.

Nice to Have

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes or container technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and data processing tools.
- Experience with web frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI or Django.
- Interest in distributed systems, platform engineering or scalable software architecture.
