Job Title: Junior AP Admin

Duration: 1-year contract with possibility of extension

Schedule: M-F, 8-hour shifts

Location: Bonnyville, AB area

Pay rate: $23/h

This opportunity offers the chance to support field operations in a fast-paced oil and gas environment, with a focus on administration, accounts payable, payroll coordination, and time verification. The role plays an important part in maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting activities, and helping ensure the smooth flow of information across teams. This position would suit an organised administrative professional with strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working across multiple priorities.

Required Education

- High school diploma

Required Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in an office environment
- Experience supporting administrative activities involving payroll, accounts payable, time verification, and reporting

Required Skills

- Must live within commutable distance from Bonnyville, AB and/or Cold Lake, AB.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fluid work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills




- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills and a robust work ethic
- Ability to verify timesheets, update changes, and maintain accurate records
- Ability to prepare documents, journal entries, and batch corrections
- Familiarity with accounting concepts and principles
- Familiarity with research strategies and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

- General Administrative diploma or certificate
- Background in oil and gas
