Responsibilities and Duties

- Preparation of design drawings and construction documents for various types of residential and commercial projects
- Possess a working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and can complete OBC analysis on projects
- Proficient knowledge in the use of building materials and related construction techniques
- Must be capable of working on multiple projects at on time.
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

Qualifications:

- Successfully graduated with an Architectural Technologist Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience and proficient knowledge of Autodesk Revit considered essential
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on residential construction experience an asset (and should be highlighted in your application)
- A quick learner with exact attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently

Hours: Monday to Friday, based on a 40-hour work week. If you are not currently authorized to work full-time in Canada, we will not be considering your application at this time.
