We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day bookkeeping operations, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. Duties

- Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or YARDI
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support bank and account reconciliations to ensure consistency between records and bank statements
- Help prepare financial reports, including account analysis and budgeting support
- Maintain organized documentation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Support payroll processing by verifying hours worked and ensuring correct deductions are applied




- Collaborate with senior team members on month-end closing activities and account audits

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Experience working with accounting software such as YARDI is highly REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes is a plus
- Prior experience or coursework in accounting or finance is advantageous but not required
