Job Summary

InTech North is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior IT Support Technician to join our growing Managed Services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, develop their technical skills, and gain hands-on experience supporting real business environments. As one of our first technical hires, you'll work directly with our Founder & CEO, receiving mentorship while supporting clients across a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft 365, Windows, cloud services, and cybersecurity.

You'll be responsible for assisting clients with technical issues, preparing new devices, supporting Microsoft 365 environments, documenting solutions, and helping deliver an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities

- Provide remote technical support to clients by phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint issues.
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, device preparation, and Microsoft 365 licensing.
- Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.
- Support Microsoft Intune device management and basic Microsoft Entra ID administration.
- Troubleshoot printers, Wi-Fi, networking, and hardware-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation in our knowledge base (Hudu).
- Update, manage, and document support requests in HaloPSA.
- Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate while continuing to develop your troubleshooting skills.
- Assist with IT projects, process improvements,



and client technology deployments.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and timely customer service to every client interaction.

QualificationsRequired

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related post-secondary program.
- Strong interest in Information Technology and Managed IT Services (MSP).
- Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Organized with robust attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team setting.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, or SharePoint.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Previous customer service or technical support experience.
- Microsoft certifications or personal IT projects.
- Experience using ticketing systems or IT documentation platforms.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
