Junior Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program and project management, financial analysis, and data-driven reporting and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional workstreams, synthesize complex information, and deliver executive-ready materials

.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field.

- 3 to 5 years in Program or Project Management, PMO, Financial Analysis, or Business Management.

- Robust financial background with ability to interpret financial and operational data.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, analysis and reporting, dashboard creation, and financial modeling fundamentals.

- Hands-on JIRA experience for tracking and issue management.

- Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
