Become the Justice Program Manager focused on managing a team of Local Justice Committee Coordinators while enhancing community justice initiatives. Collaborate with local authorities and external organizations to foster impactful programs in your community. In this significant role, you will oversee daily operations, support and train a team of 14+ Coordinators, and actively participate in external meetings.

Your role as a cultural resource will inform practices while ensuring effective communication with local councils and partners. You’ll promote the program while engaging your team to excel. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage relationships with legal partners Requirements:
- High School Diploma is mandatory
- Bilingual proficiency in at least two languages
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Deep understanding of Inuit culture required
