Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services and attentive care to animals in our kennel facility. Your enthusiasm for animals, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help create a welcoming environment for pet owners and ensure the well-being of every pet in our care.

Requirements

- Positive attitude with references
- Enjoy working with clients, demonstrate leadership and willing to work in a quick-paced, high-energy environment
- You can work with minimal supervision
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Prior experience in pet grooming is required
- Prior experience in pet care is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with pet owners
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and animals safely throughout the shift




- Passion for working with animals and a genuine desire to provide compassionate care
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and grooming quality
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Total Rewards

- Wages starting from $17.60 per hour or salary commensurate with experience
- 2 weeks of vacation per annum (or 4% paid out in-lieu)
- Free day care, training, and boarding for your own dogs, with prior authorization
- Casual Dress, Uniform Shirt provided
