Contract Type: Part-Time Probationary

FTE: 0.52 (Tuesday and Thursday from September to December; Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from January to June 3, 2027)

Specific Position Duties The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate

- Training and/or experience teaching Kindergarten would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of early learning and development, including play-based learning, would be considered an asset.
- Experience supporting early literacy and numeracy development would be considered an asset.

Qualifications And General Duties The successful candidate will possess:

- A valid Alberta Teaching Certificate




- A student-centered philosophy committed to maximizing student learning in a protected and caring environment
- Experience and/or training in Assessment for Learning, including formative and summative assessment practices
- Proficiency with Google Workspace for Education and educational technology to support communication, collaboration, and student learning
- The ability to foster positive relationships and create a strong sense of belonging for students
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
- A demonstrated commitment to professional growth and reflective practice aligned with the Alberta Teaching Quality Standard
- A willingness to contribute to extracurricular opportunities and the broader school community would be considered an asset
