About the Role

As a KFC Crew Member, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional food and outstanding customer service. You will work closely with your team to ensure every customer enjoys a clean, welcoming setting and receives fresh, high-quality meals prepared to KFC's standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Prepare, cook, and package menu items while following KFC's food preparation and quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Refill stock, monitor inventory levels, and assist with restocking supplies.
- Keep dining areas, kitchen workstations, and service counters clean and organized.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Resolve basic customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow all company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.




- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
