Position Overview: The successful applicant works closely with all members of our Operations and Culinary teams to ensure the success of our restaurant and events, through timely and organized use of the dishwashing equipment. The Kitchen Porter’s key responsibility is to wash and polish tableware and glassware while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Essential Job Functions:

- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean tableware and glassware.
- Keep the dishwashing area and equipment clean and organized.
- Polish glassware.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins, as required.
- Follow safety regulations; report injuries or any unsafe conditions and work practices.




- Attend in-house training and education sessions, as assigned.

Requirements:

- Education: Completion or working toward a High School Diploma

Skills/Abilities:

- Strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility to wide-ranging tasks and working hours
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 25lbs

Pay: $16.60-$17.60 per hour
