We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Leader to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Kitchen Leader, you will oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure that all food safety standards are met while maintaining high-quality food preparation and service.

Responsibilities

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operations.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Train new employees on food handling, preparation techniques, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and special offerings that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently.




- Address customer inquiries and feedback regarding food service to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage inventory levels of food supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability.

Experience

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service environment.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a kitchen setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Background in restaurant management or hospitality is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
