Sunset Grill Kingston is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Kitchen Staff member to join our fast-paced breakfast restaurant. If you enjoy working in a busy kitchen, have a strong work ethic, and are available for early morning shifts, we'd love to hear from you.

Whether you have experience as a Kitchen Helper, Prep Cook, Line Cook, Breakfast Cook, Dishwasher, or Food Service Worker, we encourage you to apply.

Job Details

- Position: Part-Time
- Schedule: Early morning shifts
- Availability: Weekends and holidays required
- Location: Kingston, ON

Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and cooking breakfast menu items.
- Prepare ingredients and stock kitchen stations before service.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Receive, organize, and store food deliveries.
- Support the kitchen team during busy breakfast and brunch service.
- Complete opening, closing, and general kitchen cleaning duties.

Qualifications




- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be available to work early mornings.
