As a Labourer, you'll assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of street lights, traffic signals, pedestrian crossovers, signage, flashing beacons, and other traffic electrical devices. Working alongside experienced crews, you'll gain valuable hands on experience while contributing to projects that keep Alberta's roads safe and communities connected.

This is a seasonal position with work primarily during Alberta's peak construction season. Our crews typically work Monday to Friday, 40+ hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Candidates must be available for periodic out-of-town assignments and occasional night shifts as required.

What You'll Do

- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of traffic signals, street lights, pedestrian crossovers, flashing beacons, signage, and other roadside electrical infrastructure.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools and, where trained and authorized, equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and trenchers.




- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to protect your team and the public.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Support the crew with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous construction or labour experience is considered an asset.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- A 5 year Driver's Abstract with fewer than six demerits.
