A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LABOURER

As a Labourer, you're part of the action! You love helping turn damaged spaces into fresh starts. You'll load up the FIRST ONSITE truck and head to customer sites/homes where every job brings something different.

One day, you might be clearing debris or setting up equipment; the next, helping with demolition or cleanup. You'll learn from experienced teammates and take pride in leaving each site better and safer than when you arrived. Your hard work and drive keep projects on track and customers one step closer to getting their spaces/homes back.

Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, construction materials, and construction or cleaning techniques
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Proficient in using mobile devices and relevant applications
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication skills and a positive team attitude
- Valid full G driver's license and clear driver's abstract
- Fit test and other safety certifications




- Includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule
- Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
