Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and a love for working outdoors. This role involves the upkeep of gardens, flower beds, and other green spaces, ensuring they remain healthy and vibrant. The Gardener will utilize both hand tools and power tools to perform various gardening tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

- Maintain gardens by planting, watering, weeding, and fertilizing plants and flowers.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various gardening tasks.
- Perform landscape maintenance duties including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Irrigate plants and monitor soil moisture levels to ensure optimal growth conditions.
- Identify and manage pests or diseases affecting plants through appropriate treatment methods.
- Assist in designing garden layouts and selecting suitable plants based on environmental conditions.




- Keep garden areas clean and organized by removing debris and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with the use of power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Strong knowledge of plant care techniques including irrigation practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for horticulture and landscaping.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
