Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Landscape Crew Members to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves various tasks related to the upkeep and enhancement of outdoor spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and healthy. The Landscape Crew Member will work with both hand tools and power tools to perform a variety of landscaping tasks.

Responsibilities

- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Dig, plant, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of outdoor spaces.
- Install fresh soil and mulch to garden beds and apply fertilizer and grass seed to turf areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to identify issues or areas needing attention.
- Collaborate with team members to complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.




- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.

Skills

- Proficient in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for various landscaping tasks.
- Experience with power tools including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers is essential.
- Some mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise would be an asset.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and techniques is preferred.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
