Landscape Maintenance Technician

Pay: $24–$28 per hour (depending on experience)

Overview

Nature's Outfitters Landscaping & Property Maintenance is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. Since 1995, we have provided professional landscape maintenance services to strata and commercial properties throughout the Lower Mainland.

Responsibilities

- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, line trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, pruning, and hedge trimming
- Maintain garden beds through cultivation, weed control, planting, and general upkeep
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and small trees as required
- Operate landscape equipment including line-trimmers, lawn mowers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, edgers, and spreaders
- Assist with seasonal property cleanups and enhancement projects
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work setting
- Provide quality service while representing the company professionally on-site

Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and plant care
- Experience operating landscape equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Robust attention to detail and time management skills
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid Canadian driver's license is preferred
- Experience with snow removal equipment, irrigation systems, or small engine repairs is considered an asset
