Medplex Walk-In Clinic is seeking a skilled, professional, and motivated Laser Technician to join our growing multidisciplinary medical team. Services Offered

- Laser Hair Removal using the Clarity II Laser System
- Skin Rejuvenation and Aesthetic Treatments using the Ultra Machine

Key Responsibilities

- Perform laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments safely and effectively while following established clinical protocols.
- Conduct thorough client consultations, explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's individual needs and goals.
- Monitor, document, and maintain accurate treatment records and client progress.
- Operate and maintain laser equipment, ensuring proper safety checks and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, infection prevention, and workplace safety.
- Recommend skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and overall satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring a positive treatment experience.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary clinic.





Qualifications
- Certified Laser Technician (preferred).
- Previous experience performing laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments in a medical clinic or spa setting is preferred.
- Experience with the Clarity II Laser System and/or other aesthetic devices is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of laser safety protocols, infection prevention, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative healthcare team.
- Experience in skincare consultations, retail product recommendations, or body waxing is considered an asset.
