Responsibilities

- Perform eyelash extension applications with attention to detail, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
- Execute qualified threading techniques to shape eyebrows and remove unwanted facial hair efficiently
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalized beauty solutions
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Promote retail products such as lash care items and skincare essentials through effective upselling strategies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations




- Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to enhance satisfaction

Qualifications

- Proven experience in eyelash extensions and threading techniques with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
