Job Summary

Join our team as a Laundry Worker and Delivery Driver, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience exceptional service through efficient laundry operations and reliable delivery. Duties

- Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry items with precision and care to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Prepare laundry for delivery by packaging items securely and accurately.
- Safely operate delivery vehicle (EV) to transport laundry orders to designated locations within the local area.
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when necessary, and handle any customer inquiries professionally.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs,



and ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies.

Qualifications

- You'll learn on the job and there will be opportunities to help build the business.
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality laundry services is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of laundry processes, cleaning techniques, and equipment operation is excellent but will be taught.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with local delivery routes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact courteously with team members and customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads (max 50lbs) safely, and work in a fast-paced environment.
