Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong mechanical knowledge to effectively build and maintain gardens. This role involves working outdoors, utilizing various power and hand tools to ensure the health and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial lawns.

Responsibilities

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Build and maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.
- Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers efficiently and safely.
- Dig, irrigate, and prepare soil for planting to promote healthy growth of plants.
- Utilize hand tools for various landscaping tasks, ensuring proper care and maintenance of equipment.
- Assess lawn health and provide recommendations for treatments or improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and equipment after use.




- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs and preferences.

Qualifications

- Proven mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is preferred.
- Experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
