Key Responsibilities for our Lawn Care Operations Manager: Managing field operations for our award-winning lawn care, pest control, and premium Christmas Decorating and Lighting services. You must have extensive experience organizing and building and training up a service team, budgeting, routing, and conducting site visits.

Our Lawn Care Operations Manager must have knowledge and experience with the highest quality fertilizers, control products, and equipment used in the field, and correctly analyzing, diagnosing, and treating problems originating from diseases, insects, and improper care is important but not all is mandatory.





Our Lawn Care Operations Manager is an expert at implemetation and execution and reports directly to the CEO and must also attend to all reporting, forecasting, and administrative requirements related to the job while creating and maintaining a professional and positive job atmosphere.

Education, Licensing, and Credentials requirements for our Lawn Care Operations Manager:

- Have a College, Bachelor’s degree or higher; prefer majors in Business or related
- Management experience in a home service business like fertilization, weed, pest control is preferred, or HVAC, Junk Removal and other Home Service / Customer Focused companies
- Licensed or able to obtain commercial pesticide applicator licenses
- Have ten-plus years of management experience
- Possess a valid G driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s insurance policy

Work Schedule and Physical Requirements for our Lawn Care Operations Manager:

- Must maintain regular and reliable attendance at a level acceptable to the company, including the ability to work Monday to Friday, and Saturdays as necessary as seasonal demands may dictate.
- Able to lift/carry 55 lbs. on a regular and consistent basis, move about the work sites
- Exposed to exterior elements (i.e. pollen, cold, and heat, etc.)
- Requires extended periods of activity; walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting
- A typical work week requires 44-50 hours
