Smith Construction is hiring an experienced carpenter to lead job sites in Brockville and surrounding areas - bathroom and kitchen renos, additions, decks, fences, and exterior work.

What you'll do:

- Lead sites with minimal oversight - sequencing, quality control, keeping jobs on schedule
- Coordinate with subs, read plans, problem-solve on the fly
- Keep clients and the office in the loop on progress

What we're looking for:

- Solid residential carpentry experience - reno and new builds
- Comfortable running a crew and taking ownership of a site
- Strong framing and finish carpentry skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license
