We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Educator to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of performance within our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence. Duties
- Coordinate daily activities of in the classroom.
- ensure compliance with licensing and AHS regulations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Handle conflict resolution and provide feedback to team members on performance issues.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the childcare industry.
- Level 3 certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
