HONK is looking for a detail-oriented IT Operations Lead as our first in-house IT hire, reporting to the CTO. You will manage the entire IT lifecycle, ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and PCI DSS protocols. Requirements: • 4-7+ years in IT administration or operations experience • Expertise in Google Workspace and MDM management • Proven skills in audit control implementation • Familiarity with EDR, particularly CrowdStrike • Strong documentation and communication abilities
