Role

We’re hiring a Lead Technician for residential and light commercial window cleaning and exterior services.

This is outdoor, physical work.

Most work is done from the ground with qualified equipment.

Occasional ladder work is required, but not on every job.

Performance & Pay

Pay is performance-based. We track two KPIs:

- Revenue per labor hour (speed and efficiency)
- Customer satisfaction / callback rate (quality)

Higher efficiency + high quality = higher pay.

Compensation

- Starting pay around $22/hour
- Performance bonuses tied to efficiency
- Average technician earns ~$30/hour




- Top technicians earn up to $40/hour
