Lexus Sales & Product Specialist

Northwest Lexus, part of the Policaro Group, is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team in Brampton.

With a new Lexus facility coming soon, this is a great opportunity to join us at an exciting time of growth.

What we’re looking for

- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A track record of achieving sales targets
- Consistent lead follow-up and CRM management
- Skilled, motivated and customer-focused
- Automotive or luxury retail experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Available to work evenings and Saturdays

You’ll be responsible for building client relationships, managing leads, presenting Lexus vehicles, conducting test drives and guiding guests through the purchase process from initial contact through delivery.
