We are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and licensed Pharmacist to join our founding team as a Co-Founder and help build one of Canada's next-generation pharmacy businesses.

The Opportunity

As a Co-Founder, you will play a strategic and operational leadership role in launching and growing the company. You will oversee pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, help shape business strategy, and contribute to the company's long-term vision and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the company's Licensed Pharmacist and provide professional oversight of pharmacy operations.
- Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Lead pharmacy licensing, accreditation, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Develop and implement clinical and operational policies and procedures.
- Build relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with the executive team on business strategy, product development, and market expansion.
- Help recruit, mentor, and lead future pharmacy staff.




- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve patient care through technology and automation.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts, investor presentations, and business development activities when required.

Qualifications

- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience (community, clinical, hospital, or specialty pharmacy).
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, compliance, and professional standards.
- Leadership or management experience is considered an asset.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling a business.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
