Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other construction professionals to coordinate project tasks effectively.
- Utilize heavy lifting techniques and proper safety procedures when handling materials and equipment for installation or repairs.
- Perform basic math calculations to determine measurements, quantities, and material requirements for projects.




- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Experience

- Valid license as a skilled plumber with proven experience in commercial or residential settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems along with familiarity with schematics and blueprint reading.
- Hands-on experience with construction projects involving assembly, welding, and the use of various hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, carpentry skills, and basic math skills are highly desirable.
- Experience operating heavy machinery or commercial driving is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments.
- Prior work involving schematics interpretation, welding techniques, or working within construction teams is preferred.
- No smoking.
