Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles using schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including engine work, brake repairs, suspension, and electrical systems with precision.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently.
- Interpret technical schematics and mechanical diagrams to facilitate complex repairs and system troubleshooting.
- Engage with customers professionally by explaining repair procedures, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations.




- Lift heavy components safely during repair procedures while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed service records, update repair logs, and ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

Skills

- Proven dealership experience or automotive repair background with a solid mechanical knowledge base.
- Skilled in assembly, and the use of various hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read schematics and mechanical diagrams accurately for diagnostics and repairs.
- Experience with vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacements, etc.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments.
