Line Cook - Queen + Westmoreland + Gerrard Locations

Good Behaviour is looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen team across our Toronto shops.

This role is for someone who cares about food, works with urgency, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in consistency. We’re looking for someone who can help execute at a high level while contributing to a kitchen culture that values quality, teamwork, and attention to detail while also considering how their experiences over the next few years can build them into great leaders and managers.

What the role looks like

- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, care, and speed
- Execute prep and service tasks across sandwiches, proteins, sides, and other kitchen items
- Help maintain strong standards in product quality, build, portioning, and presentation
- Support prep work including things like braising, pickling, marinating, butchery, and general station preparation
- Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and service-ready
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service flowing smoothly
- Follow proper food handling, storage, rotation, and sanitation procedures
- Support overall kitchen organization, cleanliness, and day-to-day efficiency

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience as a line cook in a professional kitchen
- Strong sense of urgency, organization, and consistency
- Solid understanding of kitchen fundamentals, prep techniques,



and station management
- Someone who works well on a team and communicates clearly during service
- Good attention to detail and pride in doing things properly
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a quick-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
