We're Hiring: Line Cook to Join the Team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House – Smiths Falls, ON

Compensation

- $17.60–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Tips in addition to hourly pay

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up workstations and kitchen equipment
- Cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to company recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen
- Store food and supplies safely and properly




- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely service

Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Experience using kitchen knives, cutting tools, and commercial cooking equipment
- Basic knowledge of commercial cooking methods and food preparation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler, or equivalent certification (required)

Employment Details
- Position: Line Cook
- Job Type: Part-Time (up to 30 hours per week)
- Schedule: Day shifts, morning shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed, holidays, and occasional on-call shifts
